How do I order products online?

Our Website has been designed in such a way, that navigation is user-friendly and you will be taken through the steps during your visit. You can shop in three ways; by brand, by product, or by category. Use the "Add to cart" button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s).

Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the "Checkout" link in the upper right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details. Select your payment method, and if "Credit Card" is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the website and the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.


How do I return a product purchased online?

If the item is defective, contact us on 0860 000 252 and we shall direct you to the Customer Service contact centre of the brand that you purchased. Each brand has its own service policies, but generally all defective products, within the warranty period would be evaluated by the brand, prior to deciding the best course of action; either repair or replacement. If the product is not defective, you may contact us on 0860 000 252 to arrange a return/refund. Please note that conditions for return are:

1. The goods must be unused

2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

4. You must provide your original Invoice, together with your proof of purchase.

When will my order be dispatched?

All deliveries are dispatched by courier service, via a leader in e commerce logistics. The approximate delivery lead times can be found on our Website, during the shopping process. You will be notified via email, or mobile phone (along with tracking details) once your order is shipped. This service is web-based and can be accessed 24/7.

Regrettably, no orders will be dispatched via postal service.

Are product collections allowed?

Unfortunately, collections cannot be accommodated.


The payment options include all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, Instant EFT, via your Bank, is also available. The process is detailed on our Website.
